What is a Group?

For registration, a “group” is two or more persons that wish to pay all registration fees in ONE bill. A group can be two or more adults, a family, a group of adults, youth and children from the same church, etc. If different members of the group wish to pay individually (for example with different credit cards), then they are not part of the “group.” If you have questions, call the national Fellowship office at (800) 952-8977.

Registering Your Group

Step 1: Determine Group Leader

Choose a group leader for your group. The group leader should be the person who will be responsible for disseminating information to the rest of the group.

Step 2: Register the Group Leader

Proceed through the registration process for the group leader, answering all questions. At the appropriate time, check the box: “I am the group leader for this group” option under “Other Info.”   After answering questions for the group leader, choose the “Add Another Person” option at the bottom of the “Registration Options” page.

Next, create a password for your registrations. Your password:

  • Must be a minimum of 8 characters.
  • Must contain at least one character from three of the following four sets:
    • lower-case,
    • upper-case,
    • numeric and
    • special characters.

Be sure to record your password. For security, the national office cannot access your password information. You will have to reset it if you forget it.

Step 3: Register Your Other Participants

Choose the registration type for the new registrant. You’ll be asked for an email address to identify the new registrant.

  • FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH, you may use the group leader’s email address. This will protect the privacy of the child’s or youth’s personal email address. Also, all email related to the event will be sent to the group leader.
  • FOR ADULTS, you may use either the group leader’s email address or the adult’s email address. If you choose to use the adult registrant’s email address, they will receive all information about their registration and the event at their email address.

Step 4: Participant Information

On the next screen, enter the registrant’s name. You may use the same address as the group leader (appropriate for children and youth) or a different address (appropriate for adult registrants).

  • Keep the same password and check the photo waiver.
  • On the next page, enter the “Registration Options” for the registrant.

AFTER 3 or 4 REGISTRATIONS – Here’s a hint to save your work!

If you are registering a larger group, it’s a good idea to “Finish” the process every 3 or 4 registrations so that you save your work as you go.

  • Choose “Continue” at the bottom of the “Registration Options” page, even if you have more registrations to enter.
  • Enter any desired contributions on the “Contributions” page, then “Continue”.
  • On the next screen, you’ll see a list of the group’s participants registered thus far.
  • Check “You agree to the terms and conditions”.
  • Choose “Check” for the “Payment Method,” even if you eventually plan to pay with a credit card.
  • Choose “Finish” at the bottom of the page. This is the only way to save your work thus far.
  • Choose “Manage Your Registration” from the “Actions” list on the resulting page. Sign back in using the email address and password used previously.
  • “Add Another Person” and enter 3 or 4 more registrations.

Step 5: Proceed to Payment

When your group list is complete, click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page.

  • On the next screen, confirm all of your participant names.
  • The fees for the entire group are also listed.
  • Check “You agree to the terms and conditions”.
  • Choose your payment method. If you choose to pay by check, you can print out an invoice to submit to your treasurer for payment.
